TrojanMUN is thrilled to announce our partnership with both United Airlines and Alaska Airlines, offering exclusive flight discounts for our delegates traveling to our conference this fall. United Airlines

  • To book online:

    Call your professional travel agency, book online via united.com/meetingtravel or call United Reservations Meetings Desk at 800-426-1122 and provide the Z Code and Agreement Code. Booking fee is waived for all Meeting reservations.

    Travel agency bookings:

    To avoid debit memos and ensure tracking for United Meetings Rewards, the four-digit Z code must appear in the Tour Code box. Note: Do not add letters “IT” in the Tour Code box or any other information in the Tour Code box other than the four-digit Z code.

    Discounts not permitted on Basic Economy fares, which include Passenger Types EOU / ERU / ERS / ERT.

    J, C, O, Y, B, M, E, U, H: 8%

    D, Z, P, A, Q, V, W, S, T, L: 2%

 

Alaska Airlines

  • Discount Code is ECMK679.

    To use your Discount Code, go online to alaskaair.com and input the Discount Code when searching for flights. The discount will be applied to any flights meeting the contract parameters. By clicking the “?” next to the discount code box after entering the code you may view a detailed description of the rules. 

    The code may be used online at alaskaair.com to book travel between the dates of October 20, 2024 and October 30, 2024.

    • Mainland US only.

    • Your group is entitled to a 7% discount off Alaska Airlines published fares (except companion and other promotional fares).

    • You may book and ticket on the blackout dates but no discount will apply.

    • Any change or cancellation after ticketing is subject to a service charge. All fare rules and additional blackout dates of the fare apply.

    • All tickets must be issued online or by the Alaska Airlines Group desk.

    • A $15.00 service fee will apply to any tickets issued by the Group Desk.
